Managing reply-to addresses in campaigns

1. What is a Reply-To Address?

  • The reply-to address is where recipient replies are delivered.
  • Example:
    • Sender address: newsletter@yourcompany.com
    • Reply-to address: support@yourcompany.com

This allows you to send from one address but manage replies in another mailbox.

2. When to Use a Different Reply-To Address

  • Newsletters: Send from newsletter@company.com but collect replies at support@company.com.
  • Promotions: Send from offers@company.com but direct replies to sales@company.com.
  • Automated campaigns: Send from noreply@company.com but use a monitored reply-to for opt-out requests or feedback.

3. Setting a Reply-To Address in a Campaign

  1. When creating or editing a campaign, open the General block of the Campaign Card.
  2. Locate the Reply to field.
  3. Enter the email address you want replies to go to.
  4. Save changes.

4. Managing Reply-To Addresses Globally

  • Go to Account Settings → Sender Settings.
  • Add and save frequently used reply-to addresses.
  • These saved addresses will be available to select when building campaigns.
