Recovering your Sendigram account password
If you forget your Sendigram password, you can easily reset it and regain access to your account. The recovery process is quick and secure.
1. Go to the Login Page
- Open the Sendigram website.
- Click Login at the top-right corner.
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
- Below the login form, click Forgot Password?.
- You will be redirected to the password recovery page.
3. Enter Your Email
- Type in the email address linked to your Sendigram account.
- Click Reset Password.
4. Check Your Inbox
- Sendigram will send you an email with a password reset link.
- Open the message and click the link.
- If you don't see it:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Wait a few minutes — sometimes delivery may be slightly delayed.
5. Create a New Password
- After clicking the link, you'll be taken to the reset page.
- Enter a new password that meets the security requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters.
- Combination of letters, numbers, and (optionally) symbols.
- Confirm the new password and save.
6. Log Back In
- Return to the Login page.
- Enter your email and the new password.
- You now have full access to your account again.
7. If You Still Can't Log In
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- If the reset link has expired, request a new one.
- Contact Sendigram Support if issues persist.
