Managing sending domains

In Sendigram, you can add, verify, manage, and remove sending domains. Proper domain management helps you maintain good deliverability and a clean sender reputation.

Viewing and Managing Your Domains

Log in to your Sendigram account and go to Sender Settings.

  • Click your profile icon (top-right corner).
  • Select Sender Settings.

You'll see a list of all domains you've added, along with their status: Verified, Processing, or Unverified. From this page, you can:

  • Check status of each domain.
  • Re-verify a domain if DNS changes were recently updated.
  • Set a default sending domain for all new campaigns.
  • Switch sender domains when creating or editing campaigns.

Editing Domain Settings

  • Click on a domain in the list to view details.
  • You can:
    • Review required DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
    • Update or reissue DNS instructions if settings change.
    • Change whether the domain is used for specific campaign types (marketing vs. transactional).

Deleting a Sending Domain

If a domain is no longer in use, you can remove it from your account:

  1. Go to Sender Settings.
  2. Find the domain you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete Domain (Удалить домен).
  4. Confirm deletion by entering your account password.

What Happens After Deletion

  • The domain will no longer be available for use in campaigns.
  • Any campaigns previously sent from the domain remain unaffected — their stats are still accessible.
  • If you delete a default domain, you'll need to assign another one before sending new campaigns.
